Notice of Correction

Please be advised that Page 30, Section 27: Livestock and Animal Units has been corrected.

The update specifically revises the number of animal units allowed on one-acre properties.

The original version contained an error in the acreage measurement and corresponding animal unit limits.

Important: All current nonconforming animal unit allowances and

classifications are grandfathered in and will not be affected by this correction.

General typographical errors have been corrected in the proposed Amended and Restated CC&Rs.

These corrections are clerical in nature and do not alter the meaning or legality of the document being presented for vote.

We encourage all homeowners to review the updated CC&Rs for accurate information.
